Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 August 2026

These terms cover your use of elenx.ai, the ElenX public website, including the access-request form. Using the site means you accept them.

These terms cover this website only. They do not grant you access to the ElenX product at app.elenx.ai, do not entitle you to it, and do not govern its use. Separate terms for the product are being prepared.

The site is operated by Elenchus Insights Syndicate, a Delaware corporation. Questions go to [email protected].

Requesting access

ElenX is currently available by invitation. Submitting the form records your request; it does not create an account, guarantee an invitation, or promise a timeframe. We may decline any request, and we may end or change the invitation programme at any time.

Please submit your own email address. Submitting someone else's is not permitted.

Acceptable use

Use the site as it is intended to be used. In particular, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, do not interfere with its operation or place an unreasonable load on it, do not submit false or automated access requests, and do not use it in violation of applicable law.

Content on this site

The text, design, code, and marks on this site belong to Elenchus Insights Syndicate or are used with permission. You are welcome to quote from it with attribution and to link to it. Reproducing it wholesale, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted.

Where we link to other sites, we are not responsible for what is on them.

Availability

The site is provided as it is, and as it happens to be available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Elenchus Insights Syndicate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms, and the date above will say when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
